Client:<\/strong> Save Traffic Nederland<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With smart Online Traffic Management, we proactively informed road users on the N348, N345, and surrounding roads about the construction work on the roundabout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through Waze takeovers and targeted notifications in Flitsmeister, we reached the right audience at exactly the right moment. Both before and during the construction period, we kept them well-informed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We shared real-time information with our navigation partners Google Maps, Waze, TomTom, and Apple Maps, ensuring that the roadworks and closures were visible in their route information. This kept road users well-informed and allowed them to adjust their travel behavior accordingly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After the first phase, we conducted a sentiment analysis to understand how the disruptions were experienced and to collect valuable feedback. We are using these insights to further improve communication during the next phase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
