Bringing digital traffic management to the Baltics
TripService has partnered with Lucidus SIA to bring its digital traffic management expertise and services to Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania.
With extensive experience in traffic infrastructure and smart mobility, Lucidus delivers solutions ranging from traffic signal systems and traffic monitoring to detection technologies and intelligent traffic management – helping cities and road authorities create safer and more efficient mobility networks.
Since March 2026, Lucidus has represented TripService across the Baltic States. The partnership brings together Lucidus’ in-depth knowledge of the local market, infrastructure and stakeholders with TripService’s expertise in digital traffic management and integration with leading navigation platforms.
The collaboration is already underway. During a recent visit to Riga, our teams exchanged expertise and met with road authorities and city representatives to discuss the future of digital traffic management in the region. A key topic was how closer integration with navigation platforms can enable authorities to share more accurate and timely information with road users – helping them make better-informed decisions while on the move.
This is where the strengths of our two organisations come together. Lucidus understands the local infrastructure, mobility challenges and decision-making landscape, while TripService brings the digital expertise to connect traffic measures and real-time information with the navigation channels people use every day.
Together, we aim to explore new opportunities for digital traffic management and support road authorities across the Baltic States in making mobility safer, smarter and more connected.
