We’re happy to introduce you to Vivian Kuster (soon to be Vivian Freriks-Kuster), because this summer she’s marrying her great love, Koen. Together they live with their dog in the wooded area of Stokkum. Vivian is sporty, adventurous and enjoys life to the fullest.

What did her career look like before she started at TripService? ‘Well… let me try to give a fun description of her mobility: it was a bumpy route with a wrong turn and a sudden road closure.’ Vivian has a background in sports and event organisation. After graduating, she went in search of a working environment where she could really flourish. She previously worked as an event coordinator, consultant and project assistant. Each position provided her with valuable insights, but the right match was not among them.
The fact that TripService was new to her made her start even more special. ‘I ended up here thanks to a tip from Tanja. The vacancy appealed to me immediately and I received a warm welcome during my trial day. The team is approachable, the atmosphere is good and I quickly realised that here you are given the space to really implement your ideas.’
She has been working with us since November. What does she think of TripService now? ‘TripService is still developing rapidly and we are growing fast. It’s great to see that everything we do really has an impact on road users.’
And how does she like her job? ‘I love the variety. One day I’m sitting down with clients for an OTM project, the next day I’m working on trade fair preparations or helping to write our communications. No two days are the same, and that’s what makes it so much fun.’
What is she most looking forward to? ‘Taking on and implementing lots of different OTM projects. I also can’t wait to see the stands that are still in the concept phase and still being worked on. And who knows, maybe there will be a trade fair visit abroad. Pushing boundaries!’

With her fresh perspective, hands-on mentality and enthusiasm, Vivian is a valuable addition to our team. We look forward to realising many projects together and, of course, experiencing a lot along the way.
