In the pre-announcement phase of the roadworks, our focus went beyond informing residents and regular road users. We specifically aimed to reach truck drivers—an essential but often overlooked group in traffic communication.

By strategically deploying Waze and Spotify takeovers, we directly targeted relevant traffic flows. These platforms allowed us to appear at exactly the right time: when drivers were on the road and actively navigating.

To complement this approach, we reached a broader audience—including local residents and other road users—through targeted Facebook and Instagram ads, as well as Google Ads across websites and mobile apps. This multi-channel strategy ensured everyone affected was informed well in advance about the upcoming works and road closures.

We also partnered with major navigation platforms—including Waze, Google Maps, TomTom, and Apple Maps—to provide real-time updates. This guaranteed that route information matched the on-the-ground reality, supporting both safety and smooth traffic flow.
