Analysis & Reporting Following each campaign, we conduct a comprehensive analysis to evaluate its effectiveness. This analysis is summarized in a detailed report. Key metrics assessed in the report include:

  • Reach: We analyze the total number of messages delivered, the number of individuals who engaged with the content, and their interactions with relevant landing pages.
  • Sentiment Analysis: To gauge traveler sentiment, we conduct sentiment analysis on social media and other feedback channels. This helps us understand how travelers perceived the roadworks and the information provided. We analyze key questions such as:
    • How did travelers experience the roadworks?
    • What actions did they take based on the information provided?
    • What emotions were expressed in relation to the roadworks?
  • Performance Evaluation: We assess the overall execution of the campaign, identifying areas of strength and weakness. This analysis helps us identify opportunities for improvement in future projects.

Travel Time Measurements
