TISGRADE (Traffic Management Information Services upGRADe Europe) is a European collaborative project. More than fifty public and private organisations are working within this project to improve the quality, availability and exchange of traffic information across Europe.

Whereas campaigns used to be primarily about maximising reach, the focus today is much more on behavioural change, perceived nuisance and measurable impact.
